Hampton Park - The deck and railing system at Hampton Park are being removed and completely rebuilt this week. Please ensure you are using caution around the construction site.

Hespeler Park - The south parking lot at Hespeler Park is now complete. Playground construction across from the Splash Pad is now underway.

Larviciding - With all the rain we have received recently, staff will be monitoring and larviciding as needed to help control the mosquito population. The ponds in Fifth Avenue Estates will also be drained to bring them back to a normal level.

Sump Pump Hoses – Residents are reminded that their sump pump hoses must drain onto their property and not roadways or sidewalks as this causes slime build up which can create a hazard.

Sewer Main Cleaning - Sewer main cleaning will start in August with exact locations to be determined.

Paving - Paving of 6th Avenue S., Town Office parking lot, part of Cedar Dr. and other areas around Town are scheduled to start in August.

Pet Reminders - Reminder that dogs are to be on a leash at all times while in Town parks. An off-leash dog park is located behind the curling rink.

New Construction:
- CRRC and school (shared) parking lot is well underway. The construction fence is up for the CRRC with construction on the building to start shortly. Please stay away from the construction area.

- Co-op renovation is in full swing.
