Questions about your water & sewer utility bill?

The Town has been receiving a number of calls from concerned residents inquiring about arrears noted on their utility bill, even though they made a payment. Anticipating potential financial strain faced by families due to COVID-19, Town Council extended the utility due date for 2 quarters to September 30, 2020.

The third quarter bills for July – September were printed prior to receipting payments received between September 24 and 30, 2020. This overlap caused the billing software to include arrears balances, even though the bills were paid. It is recommended that you check your e-services account on the Town of Niverville’s online portal to confirm your current balance.

If you do not yet have an account set up, your Sign-In Key and instructions can be found on the back of your latest utility bill. If you do not have a bill available, please email utilitybillings@whereyoubelong.ca and a PDF copy will be emailed to you.
