Niverville Town Council is announcing a commitment to changing the Town’s gas-powered vehicles and equipment over the next few years to electric and will start with those items where it makes the most financial sense. This process has already begun with the ice maintainer in the CRRC which is a battery-powered unit. Also, four charging stations have already been built at the CRRC. Where possible, grant applications will be made to assist with this changeover.
