The Town of Niverville was excited to receive delivery today of a brand-new water tanker for use by Niverville Fire & Emergency Services. This tanker, constructed and delivered by Seahawk and Acres Industries, will allow the Fire Department to quickly and efficiently respond to emergencies in sections of the community that are not serviced by fire hydrants.
“Ensuring the safety of our community is always a priority,” said Niverville Mayor Myron Dyck. “The delivery of this tanker shows the Town’s continued commitment to the safety of the community and its residents.”
Fire Chief Keith Bueckert agrees. “With this tanker, Niverville Fire & Emergency Services is now further positioned to provide its necessary services. The department looks forward to using this tanker in the continued protection of the community.”
