Construction has begun for the new intersection at Mulberry Avenue and PR 311.
- Road construction is anticipated to be completed by mid-July 2022, new traffic signals will be installed in spring of 2023, the intersection will fully open once signals are installed.
- PR 311 will be a designated construction zone, and speeds will be reduced to 50 km/hr through the area. One eastbound and one westbound lane of PR 311 will be maintained during construction. Delays and detours are to be expected.
- Pedestrians are asked to avoid the construction zone and use Arena Road to cross PR 311 to Drover’s, while the area is under construction.
