1. The dog(s) or cat(s) must be kept in the house at all times, and must not be permitted to be harboured in any accessory building. 2. License is valid for 6 months from date of whelping. 3. If complaints of non-compliance under the terms of the Niverville Animal Control by-law 819-20 are recieved and substantiated by the Animal Control Officer, the license will be revoked and the dogs or cats above the limit set in section 8(6) shall be removed from the premise.
